Here we explain how GK Catering handles the information you send us through this website.
Who is responsible?
GK Catering is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at post@gkcatering.no or by phone on +47 91 18 76 08.
What information do we collect?
When you use the contact form, you send us your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in your message. You can also choose to give a preferred date and the number of guests.
Why do we use the information?
We only use the information to reply to your enquiry – for example a table booking or a request for catering or Private Chef Table – and to follow up any agreement we make with you.
The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to enter into an agreement with you, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
How long do we keep it?
The form is sent to us by email. We delete your enquiry when it is no longer needed, unless other legislation requires us to keep it longer – for example accounting rules when you place an order.
Do we share the information?
No, we do not sell or share your information with others. The website and our email are hosted by our web hosting and email provider, which processes the information on our behalf.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or any other tracking. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. The links to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and Telemarkskanalen take you to other websites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete the information.
- You can object to the processing or ask us to restrict it.
